4. Purpose of processing personal data

J.Kantola Tmi uses the collected personal data for direct marketing, creating and maintaining customer relationships.

5. Content of the register

The data collected by the customer, used primarily for direct marketing, is compiled into the register. Personal information about the customer is collected as follows: name, address, phone number and email. In addition to personal information, information about the dates of transactions and factors affecting the purchase decision may be collected from the customer.

6. Regular sources of information

The registrar collects the information that the client himself gives to J.Kantola Tmi for direct marketing.

7. Regular disclosure of information

J.Kantola Tmi does not disclose information to anyone other than the salespersons and marketing personnel of J.Kantola Tmi for the purpose mentioned in clause 4.

8. Transfer of data outside the EU or the EEA

Data will not be disclosed outside the EU or the EEA.

9. Principles of Registry Security

The registry information is stored on the J.Kantola Tmi server, which is protected by operating system security software. Accessing the system requires entering a username and password. The system is also protected by firewalls and other technical means. Only certain predefined employees of the controller can access and access the information contained in the registry that is stored in the system. The registers are in locked mode.

10. Right of inspection

Those who have transferred their data to J.Kantola Tmi have the right to verify the information concerning themselves registered in the register. The inspection request must be made in writing and addressed to the person responsible for the registration, contact details in section 2.

11. Right to claim information rectification

J.Kantola Tmi corrects or removes the information in the register on its own initiative when it is unnecessary for the purpose. The registrant may also require the rectification or erasure of the data, in which case the data subject must contact the person in charge of the register.
